Gage Multifamily Services completely renovated a 307-unit property that was originally an economy motel located in central Austin. Our team worked hard to transform these hotel rooms into new modern studio apartment units.

The existing buildings provided the perfect bones for a value-add and change-of-use renovation. Each unit was transformed into a clean studio living space with brand-new interior finishes, including new flooring, fresh paint, new LED light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, subway tile, granite counters, and shaker cabinets.

The exterior also received a complete makeover, with fresh paint, updated balcony rails, and Versico Roof.
