The Business Development Director will engage with multifamily community owners and asset management to consistently generate meetings, project opportunities, and revenue.

Gage Multifamily Services is seeking a Project Scheduler. The primary role of this position is to work closely with project managers and construction superintendents to ensure that all multifamily renovation projects are running smoothly. As a Project Scheduler, you will have the opportunity to independently review, analyze, and report on baseline schedules submitted by project managers, construction superintendents, and contractors.

The Project Manager position reports directly to the Director of Construction. The Project Manager is responsible for the performance of each project on numerous levels, including financial, quality, scheduling, and customer service. The Project Manager position is a client-facing role. They are an integral part of the performance of every project they lead and will be a key reason why customers return to Gage Multifamily Services for future projects.

Gage Multifamily Services is seeking construction superintendents for a number of apartment renovations. Candidates will manage daily operations of projects focusing on quality control, daily communication, schedule, and safety at construction sites. The candidate should possess experience with insurance restoration and multifamily reconstruction. Finally, candidates will have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, organized, and interested in the potential to grow with a family company.
